About Crydd

What is Crydd?

A certification discovery and career guidance platform. It helps you decide which professional certifications are worth pursuing — using curated data, side-by-side comparisons, career roadmaps, and AI-powered recommendations.

Who is it for?

Students, fresh graduates, career shifters, and professionals who know they need credentials but aren't sure which ones are worth the time and money.

Does Crydd sell certifications?

No. Crydd is independent and not affiliated with any provider. Every certification page links to the official provider, where enrollment and exams happen.

Certifications

Which industries are covered?

IT and tech certifications are the launch focus — cloud, security, data, software, networking, plus project management and business analysis. More industries are on the way.

How are certifications selected for the catalog?

Curated from recognized providers — AWS, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, CompTIA, PMI, Oracle, and others — based on industry recognition and market relevance.

How often is the catalog updated?

Certification details monthly; demand data weekly; critical changes (exam retirements, price changes) as soon as identified.

Recommendations & AI

How do AI recommendations work?

You complete a short assessment — goals, experience, skills, industry. The AI matches you against the full catalog and current market demand, then explains the factors behind every recommendation, with links so you can verify the reasoning.

What's the Certification Fit Score?

A personalized Premium score showing how well a specific certification aligns with your goals, skills, experience, and interests — always shown with the factors behind it.

Is the free preview really free?

Yes — top 3 recommended certifications and a career fit summary, no card required.

Data & methodology

Where does the data come from?

Certification details from official provider documentation; market insights from public job-market reports and trusted labor-market data.

Can providers pay for better scores?

No. There is no paid placement of any kind.

Accounts & dashboard

Why create an account?

To save certifications, bookmark roadmaps, track progress, and get personalized recommendations. Discovery works without one.

How do roadmaps and progress tracking work?

Start a roadmap and it's saved to your dashboard, where you can check off stages as you complete them.

Premium & billing

What's free and what's Premium?

Free, forever: discovery, detail pages, comparisons, roadmaps, trends, and the AI preview. Premium: the full AI Career Advisor — personalized roadmap, Fit Scores, resume and skill gap analysis, coaching chat, advanced insights.

How much is Premium?

Premium is priced for your country — the pricing page shows your local price and currency automatically. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and yearly billing costs less than paying monthly.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, with no fees. Cancelling stops the automatic renewal — Premium stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your free account and everything in it stays.

Do you offer refunds?

No — payments already made are final. That's exactly why every plan starts with a 7-day free trial: try full Premium first, and cancel during the trial to pay nothing.

Privacy & security

What happens to my information?

Your assessment answers and saved items are used to personalize your experience — never sold. Payments are processed by a trusted provider; Crydd never stores card details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes — Dashboard → Profile → Delete account. You confirm it is you, type DELETE, and the account goes immediately: profile, saved certifications, tracked progress, roadmaps, and sessions. Any active subscription is cancelled first. It is permanent and cannot be undone.

Support & feedback

I found incorrect information.

Use the report link on any certification page — accuracy fixes are prioritized ahead of routine updates.

Can I suggest a certification or roadmap?

Yes — suggestions guide what gets added next.
