AI Disclaimer

Crydd uses AI in one clearly-marked place, and deliberately does not use it in another. This page explains which is which, what the AI Career Advisor can and cannot do, and why no part of Crydd promises you a career outcome.

01 / Where AI is used

Where AI is used

The AI Career Advisor, and the personalised guidance built on it, are generated by a large language model operated by Anthropic. You give it a goal and some context; it suggests certifications and a possible order for them, and explains its reasoning.

The Crydd Score is not generated by AI. It is calculated by a deterministic engine from verified facts and published editorial ratings, using fixed weightings. The same inputs always produce the same score, and every factor behind it is shown on the certification's page.

What the Advisor is not

  • It is not a certification authority. Crydd does not accredit, issue, proctor, or invigilate any credential.
  • It is not career, financial, legal, immigration, or educational advice, and it is not a substitute for a mentor, a teacher, or a professional adviser.
  • It is not a prediction. Nothing it says is a promise of a job, an interview, a salary, a promotion, or a passing exam result.
  • It is not authoritative on cost or eligibility. The provider's official page is, always.

03 / How it can be wrong

How it can be wrong

Language models generate fluent text, and fluency is not accuracy. The Advisor can state something outdated, miss an eligibility rule, or sound more certain than the evidence deserves. It reasons over a catalog that is reviewed on a schedule, so a change a provider made yesterday may not be reflected yet.

Treat its output as a well-read starting point to check, not a verdict to act on unread. Before you pay an exam fee, confirm the details on the provider's own page.

04 / What is sent to the model

What is sent to the model

To answer usefully, the Advisor is given the question you asked, relevant certification data from the Crydd catalog, and — if you are signed in and have filled it in — the career context from your profile, such as experience level and goals.

  • Your password, payment details, and email address are never sent to the model.
  • Your inputs are not used to train the model. Anthropic's commercial terms exclude API traffic from training by default.
  • Conversations are not published, and are not shared with certification providers.

Human judgment stays with you

No automated decision on Crydd has a legal or similarly significant effect on you: nothing here approves, rejects, prices, or profiles you in a way that limits an opportunity. Recommendations are suggestions you are free to ignore, and every one shows the reasoning behind it so you can disagree with it on the merits.

If the Advisor tells you something wrong, report it through the feedback form or to legal@crydd.com. Corrections to underlying data are prioritised ahead of routine review.
