Legal & Privacy Contact

Crydd is operated by one person, so requests are read by a human rather than a queue. This page explains where to send what, and what happens next.

01 / Where to write

Where to write

privacy@crydd.com
Data-protection matters: access your data, correct it, delete it, object to how it is used, or raise a privacy concern.
legal@crydd.com
Everything else legal: the Terms, intellectual property and takedown notices, acceptable-use reports, and security disclosures.

For an inaccurate certification detail — a stale price, a retired exam, a wrong prerequisite — the feedback form in the product is faster than either address, and corrections are prioritised ahead of routine review.

02 / What to include

What to include

  • The email address on your Crydd account, if the request concerns your account.
  • What you are asking for, as plainly as you can put it.
  • Any URL that shows the problem.

For requests about personal data we may need to confirm you are who you say you are before acting — that check protects your account from someone else asking on your behalf. We will only ask for what is necessary to be satisfied.

03 / What to expect

What to expect

We aim to acknowledge every request within 15 business days. Straightforward requests are usually resolved in the same reply. If something will take longer, we will say so and tell you why.

Note that most data requests do not need us at all: you can view and edit your profile, and permanently delete your account and its data, from your dashboard at any time.

04 / If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied

Tell us first — most problems are a misunderstanding we can fix quickly. If we cannot resolve a data-protection concern between us, you have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, or to the data-protection authority where you live.

05 / Who is behind Crydd

Who is behind Crydd

Crydd is Crydd, operated by Melvin Contreras, an individual sole proprietor based in the Philippines. Correspondence about the service should go to the addresses above rather than to any personal channel, so that it is properly recorded and answered.
