Acceptable Use Policy
Crydd is a small, independent platform. This policy exists so that it stays fast, accurate, and available for the people it is meant to serve — and it forms part of the Terms & Conditions.
In effect since 2026-07-20 · Last updated 2026-07-20
01 / Use it for what it is for
Use it for what it is for
Crydd is here to help individuals research and choose certifications, and to help teams and educators point people toward good ones. Reading, searching, comparing, saving, and sharing links are all exactly what it is for.
02 / What you must not do
What you must not do
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the catalog, the Crydd Scores, or the editorial content — by script, headless browser, or any other automated means.
- Reuse Crydd's data to build, train, or populate a competing catalog, dataset, or model.
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or the boundary between free and Premium features.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Crydd or its content.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source of the platform, except where the law expressly permits it.
- Probe, scan, or load-test the service, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Impersonate Crydd, imply a partnership or endorsement that does not exist, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the platform to break the law, infringe someone's rights, or harm anyone.
03 / Automated access
Automated access
Requests are rate limited per network address to keep the platform responsive. Do not attempt to defeat those limits by rotating addresses or distributing requests.
If you have a legitimate research, accessibility, or integration reason to access Crydd programmatically, write to legal@crydd.com and describe it. A reasonable request is likely to get a reasonable answer.
04 / Feedback, testimonials, and uploads
Feedback, testimonials, and uploads
- Do not submit abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or unlawful content.
- Do not include other people's personal data, or confidential information belonging to an employer or a third party.
- Do not upload malware, or files you do not have the right to share. Attachments are limited by type and size and are screened on the server before they are accepted.
- Do not use the feedback channel for spam, advertising, or link promotion.
05 / Security research
Security research
Responsible disclosure is welcome. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, report it privately to legal@crydd.com before disclosing it anywhere else, give us a reasonable chance to fix it, and do not access, modify, or retain anyone else's data while investigating. We will not pursue action against research conducted in that spirit.
06 / If this policy is broken
If this policy is broken
Depending on what happened, we may rate-limit or block the traffic, remove the content, suspend the account, or close it. Serious or repeated abuse — and anything unlawful — can be referred to the appropriate authorities.
To report abuse of the platform by someone else, write to legal@crydd.com.
